Recruitment Fraud Alert

We have become aware of recruitment scams that fraudulently obtain money or personal information from job seekers. These scams take various forms, such as fake job postings, phishing emails, or fraudulent recruiters claiming to represent our company

How to identify recruitment fraud:

  • Requests for personal information early in the process, such as your address, date of birth, passport information, social security number, or banking details
  • Individuals unaffiliated with Islamic Coin contacting you about a fake or legitimate job posting. Review the sender's name and email domain closely. Official Islamic Coin recruitment emails come from accounts formatted as: name@haqq.network or name@islamiccoin.net
  • Being asked to participate in an 'interview' via chat or email. Islamic Coin does not conduct 'interviews' through chat or email
  • Receiving job offers through social media or online forums
  • Receiving job offers for positions you have yet to apply to or interview for
  • Insistence of urgent action within a very short time frame
